Depok, West Java (BERITAPOLITIK.ONLINE) — In a continued legal battle unfolding at the Religious Court of Depok, West Java, artist Catherine Wilson, known affectionately as Keket, has brought forth two crucial witnesses to testify in her divorce proceedings against Idham Masse. The witnesses, her mother and sibling, were called upon by Keket to shed light on the truth surrounding her marriage.
“Today’s session has concluded. My mother and sibling served as witnesses on my behalf,” stated Catherine Wilson following the trial on Wednesday (27/3/2024), as reported by Kapanlagi.com.
“I am here seeking truth. That’s why I presented evidence and brought witnesses,” the woman born on February 25, 1981, continued.
Strong Evidence Presented
Among the evidence submitted by Keket were notarized documents, bank transfer receipts, and prenuptial agreements, all bolstering her claim that she was not financially supported by Idham Masse.
“The evidence speaks for itself that I was not financially supported. There are notarized documents, bank transfers, and prenuptial agreements. I have provided everything,” Keket revealed.
Sufficient Proof
From the presented evidence, Keket is confident that it is adequate to prove that Idham Masse, her legal husband, failed to fulfill his financial obligations as per the prenuptial agreement.
“We will see. The evidence clearly shows that for several months, support was not provided in full accordance with the agreement. I have included all the proof,” Keket clarified.
To date, Keket has had no further communication with Idham Masse, indicating that their relationship is beyond repair.
“There’s no communication anymore. Whether it’s considered good or bad, there’s simply no communication,” Catherine Wilson concluded.
The ongoing trial continues to unfold, with Keket’s determination to seek justice evident in her unwavering pursuit of truth and fairness.
