JAKARTA, INDONESIA (BERITAPOLITIK.ONLINE) — PSSI has opened ticket sales for two Indonesian U-23 national team matches against Laos and Macau at the U-23 2026 Asian Cup Qualification event on Thursday.
Two Garuda Muda matches played at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium in September can be purchased through Livin by Mandiri at the cheapest price of Rp 100,000 for two stands categories, namely Aqua Garuda North and Astra Financial Garuda North.
The two ticket categories are two of the four categories opened besides Mandiri Garuda West and Freeport Garuda East. Garuda West is the most expensive category of Rp. 300,000, while Garuda East is given a cheaper price of Rp. 200,000.
Indonesia hosts this qualification event with 10 other countries, such as Jordan (Group A), Myanmar (Group B), Vietnam (Group C), China (Group D), Kirgizstan (Group E), Thailand (Group F), Cambodia (Group G), Qatar (Group H), Union of Arab Emirates (Group I), and Tajikistan (Group K).
This qualifying round will be played from 3 to 9 September, with Indonesia in a group with Laos, Macau, and South Korea, but for the last country the match ticket sales have not been opened.
Gerald Vanenburg’s team will open the qualifying round against Laos on September 3, then Macau on September 6, and finally against South Korea on September 9, where Indonesia will reunite with its former coach, Shin Tae-yong who is rumored to be returning to the country as a manager.
Later, from this qualifying round the eleven group champions and the four best runners-ups will qualify for the finals played in Saudi Arabia in January next year.
Meanwhile, in the previous edition in Qatar in 2024, Indonesia under Shin Tae-Yong’s care advanced to the semifinals and lost to the struggle for third place against Iraq with a score of 1-2.
Previously, Indonesia qualified for the finals after winning the group in the qualifying round played at Manahan Stadium, Solo. At that time, Garuda Muda defeated China Taipei 9-0 and Turkmenistan 2-0.

Mandiri Garuda West: IDR 300,000
Freeport Garuda East: IDR 200,000
Aqua Garuda South: Rp. 100,000
Astra Financial Garuda North: Rp. 100,000.
