JAKARTA, INDONESIA (BERITAPOLITIK.ONLINE) — Popular K-pop girl group ITZY is officially preparing for a comeback with a new album scheduled for release in June 2025, according to their agency JYP Entertainment.
“ITZY is currently preparing for their comeback, aiming for a June release,” said a representative of JYP Entertainment, as reported by South Korean publication Sports Today on Friday, May 9. “Detailed schedules will be announced at a later date,” the agency added, sparking excitement among fans worldwide.
This comeback will mark ITZY’s return after an eight-month hiatus, following their latest release in October 2024. At the time, the group dropped their mini-album GOLD, which received positive responses for its bold concept, powerful performances, and continued evolution in sound.
The upcoming album is highly anticipated, as it will not only break their silence but also potentially redefine their musical direction.
