Jakarta (BERITAPOLITIK.ONLINE) — Jakarta’s Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, has been honored as the Top Mentor for Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in 2024 at the prestigious Top BUMD Award 2024 event. The award was presented by Top Business magazine in collaboration with the Regional Autonomy Institute (i-OTDA), supported by the Ministry of Home Affairs, on Wednesday (March 20, 2024).
According to Nasruddin Djoko Surono, Head of the Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises Management Agency (BP BUMD), “The award was given to Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono as the Top BUMD Mentor 2024, in recognition of his leadership and dedication to managing affairs in Jakarta.”
The accolades didn’t stop at Heru Budi Hartono; the Jakarta Provincial Government also received several awards at the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for five other BUMDs, including:
1. Perumda PAL Jaya
Receiving the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 5 Stars, with Aris Supriyanto winning the TOP BUMD CEO 2024 award.
2. Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya
Achieving the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 4 Stars, with Andira Reoputra named the TOP BUMD CEO 2024.
3. PT Transportasi Jakarta
Earning the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 5 Stars, with Welfizon Yuza clinching the TOP BUMD CEO 2024 award.
4. PT LRT Jakarta
Securing the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 5 Stars, with Hendri Saputra being awarded the TOP BUMD CEO 2024.
5. PT Jakarta Tourisindo
Receiving the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 4 Stars, with Yunn Bali Mohammad Yusuf winning the TOP BUMD CEO 2024 award.
Yunn Bali Mohammad Yusuf, CEO of Jakarta Experience Board/PT Jakarta Tourisindo (Perseroda), expressed gratitude for winning the TOP BUMD Awards 2024 for Diverse Businesses – 4 Stars and the TOP BUMD CEO 2024 award.
“This marks the fourth consecutive year that JXB has received the TOP BUMD Awards. I congratulate and thank all my colleagues for their hard work. This award is a testament to the solid teamwork aimed at enhancing JXB’s performance in the coming years,” he said.
According to him, this award serves as motivation to continue contributing actively to Jakarta’s tourism sector. The TOP BUMD Awards 2024 aims to support the government’s efforts to accelerate the performance of BUMDs in boosting the local economy. The judging session for the awards took place rigorously from January to February, with over 1,150 BUMDs from across Indonesia participating.
The TOP BUMD Awards 2024 is the largest learning and recognition event for BUMDs in Indonesia, honoring the best BUMDs, BUMD CEOs, and BUMD Mentors (Regional Heads) nationwide. The theme for 2024 is “Strengthening Governance to Enhance BUMD Business Performance and Services”.
