Jakarta (BERITAPOLITIK.ONLINE) — Chief of TNI Public Relations Mayjen TNI Nugraha Gumilar (left) along with Commander of XVII/Cendrawasih Military Region Mayjen TNI Izak Pangemanan (right) provide a press statement regarding the torture video committed by personnel of TNI Yonif 300 Raider/Bjw against suspected member of Papua’s KKB, Definus Kogoya, at Subden Denma Mabes TNI, Jakarta, Monday (25/03/2024).
In their statement, the Army does not condone the violent actions by the TNI personnel and extends apologies to the entire Indonesian populace, especially Papua, for the discomfort caused by the violent video.
